Attorney Profile

For over 10 years, Ben Kuhn has focused his practice on real estate, business, land use, zoning, administrative and regulatory matters, and litigation. Mr. Kuhn has represented and advised commercial and residential developers in connection with a wide range of real estate and business related issues. He has also represented developers and businesses engaged in large-scale infrastructure projects and public facilities construction and development across the Triangle community and North Carolina. Mr. Kuhn has represented real estate and business clients in state trial and appellate courts in order to protect their investments and property rights.

Mr. Kuhn is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Tenth Judicial District Bar, North Carolina Bar Association (Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use, Administrative Law, and Business Law Sections), and the Wake County Bar Association.

Mr. Kuhn is also active in his community. He is the Community Affairs Liaison for the Historic Glenwood/Brooklyn Neighborhood Association.
