Ben Kuhn is the founding member of The Kuhn Law Firm, PLLC. For over 15 years, Mr. Kuhn has focused his practice on real estate, consumer protection, business, land use, zoning, administrative law, and litigation. Mr. Kuhn advises commercial and residential developers in connection with a wide range of real estate and business related issues. He represents developers and businesses engaged in large-scale infrastructure projects and public facilities construction and development across the Triangle area and throughout the state of North Carolina. Mr. Kuhn represents business and individual clients in trial and appellate courts in order to protect their investments and property rights.

Mr. Kuhn serves as the Consumer Protection Attorney for the North Carolina Bar Association Real Property Section. In this role, he investigates consumer protection issues involving real estate closings and serves as a liaison between attorney members of the Real Property Section and numerous State agencies responsible for enforcing laws protecting consumers in connection with real estate transactions.

Mr. Kuhn is a Founding Member and Vice President of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina, Inc. RELANC is a trade association of North Carolina real estate attorneys engaged in advocacy, research, educational activities, and promotional campaigns regarding consumer protection abuses and practices which destabilize communities and are harmful to North Carolina citizens, their assets, real property owners, the financial industry, and the State of North Carolina.

Prior to founding The Kuhn Law Firm in 2005, Mr. Kuhn practiced with Holt York McDarris & High, LLP, and Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP in Raleigh.
